A major factor that keeps people from healing their digestive issues……

Want to heal your digestion?

If so, do your actions match your intentions?

The number one problem that prevents people from healing is their shame!

If you hide your health issues from people, ask yourself why?

And Is this a good healing strategy?

l know this isn’t a topic for casual dinner conversation but that doesn’t mean you have to keep it mum. If you are open to healing information then reach out and it will come your way.

The process of healing myself was very similar to my current attempt at starting a business. Both can be scary ventures. And both require faith. And it’s not easy to succeed at either, especially all alone.

Here is what I learned from experience:

You have to commit to and prioritize your healing vision.

Start learning and experimenting.

Never give up when it doesn’t work at first.

Get as much support as you can.

Network with others who are suffering with the same problems.

Take opportunities to get a fresh perspective or learn about healing resources.

If your shame is holding you back and keeping you closed, you can’t get the help you need.

Watch this short video about my “Stop the Shame Campaign”!  It illustrates the unique way I’m fighting  against IBS shame!

It’s kind of kooky but it helps people loosen up around the topic!
