My food-based h. pylori solution

My food-based h. pylori solution

I work with clients who are much more sensitive than the average person. And therefore need the usual protocol to be tailored to their body for the more comfort and sustainable success.

The reason that some people have such an intense reaction to herbs, supplements and foods is two fold.

Naturally they are more sensitive. And when sensitive people get stressed (on both an emotional and physical level) the immune system can become hypervigilant and reactive. It has a low tolerance for foreign substances and food. It gets easily confused, increases inflammation and attacks.

The second reason is simply, intense die off.

Die off is scary and confusing because it feels like things are getting worse. Die off can be so scary and disturbing that it starts a viscous cycle of more stress and more reaction.

The most common pitfall I see

Most people push through and rush their protocol due to anxiety and impatience.

A stressed brain wants the quickest resolution possible. This drives people to push harder than their body can handle. And that is where a health coach comes in handy because they can help put on the breaks.

I help clients start slow, listen to their body, take breaks, lower dosages. There is little benefit to giving your body more than it can comfortably tolerate. Healing is a marathon not a race.

This approach prevents not only the physical discomfort but also emotional overwhelm, which is far more damaging in my opinion.

More reasons to wait till you are ready

Some of my clients have a very low immune system. This is measured by the Sig A marker on the GI Map. When Sig A is low, particularly 150 or below, immunity needs to be built up to help make the protocol more successful. So the protocol needs to be started only after immunity has been built up.

The problem with this approach is the feeling of impatience that most people have.

That’s why I’ve come up with slow and steady ways to make progress with gut infections and overgrowths while working on gut immunity or going painfully slow with a protocol. This will make the protocol more comfortable and successful. And make people feel like they are moving forward.

This food based solution is also good for people who have recovered from h. pylori and want to keep it at bay.

What is h. pylori

H. pylori is one of the most common infections I see in my practice and it can drive a lot of downstream problems in the small and large intestine (parasites, yeast, bacterial overgrowth).

It is also hard to eradicate if immunity is low or there is a lot of biofilm. I have become an expert on h. pylori from having it myself and working with it so frequently. I have gotten to observe what works and what doesn’t.

That’s how I came up with this food based powder that can be mixed at home, DIY style. All the food based ingredients play a role in helping eradicate h pylori.

Because they are all powdered forms of food, there are no capsules required. Sometimes people are so sensitive that they react to the ingredients in capsules.

This powder, which I call “H bomb powder” is free of the additives and ingredients found in capsules (like cellulose, magnesium stearate, etc.)

Bio film busting foods

H pylori forms a protective biofilm around it which makes it hard to kill.

I usually recommend strong biofilm busting supplements. But there are also foods that help break down biofilms

This is a truly safe approach for clients who are sensitive to high dose supplements.

If you don’t like the taste of the powder, simply mix it into Manuka honey (which has strong anti h. pylori properties). Or throw it in a smoothie.

While NAC is the most common supplement biofilm buster you can get biofilm busting effects from curcumin (turmeric powder), apple cider vinegar, garlic powder and oregano.

Below are the list of ingredients for the h bomb powder and where to buy them. They can all be found on Amazon. All the ingredients are organic.

I have included a sweet and savory version of this powder

H. Bomb savory dressing/chimichurri

Garlic powder- Some people react to garlic. If that is the case, leave it out.

If you tolerate garlic, mix a biofilm busting powder of garlic powder, dried oregano and turmeric. This can be sprinkled onto food or included in recipes.

You can make a chimicurri sauce (leave out the turmeric) or a salad dressing by mixing these spices with olive oil (also has anti h. pylori properties) and apple cider vinegar to bust biofilms.
